Nowadays, employment in China is quite different than before, because Chinese Government puts some policies in partice to protect employees' rights. However, there are still nearly 70% people who work as farmer.
Further, because of development in terms of economy, the employment system has become more and more perfect. Chinese corporations didn't use to like normal corporation which has shareholders, managers and workers, but just a director and workers, and corporation used to be owned by the government. Today, many corporations have shareholders, they employ many employees to work for the corporations. It looks like perfect than before.
In my oppinion, I want to be a manager, because I don' t want to work as blue collar, I realy like to be white collar.
