As we have talked about, employment in Britain is a important part of British society. There is a contradiction between employee and employer. According to my discovery, this problem has become more and more evident today.
First of all, an organisation should have enough employees to work, and also a few managers to manage these employees. But sometimes, the salary of employee is quite low, but they usually do some tired works; managers get quite high salary, but they may only need to stay at office and manage those workers to work hard, therefore, the difference between 'white colour' and 'blue colour' is clear to see.
In the UK, workers sometimes go on strike for days, because they are not satisfied about their salary or inequitable deals, their ask the employer to add more salary or cancel some unfair rules. From these problems, employers should find their shortages on employment, try to pay more salary and offer some allowances to employees. On the other hand, employees should know what they must do on their work and how much they are paid before they accept their jobs.
By conclusion, the british employment is not very consummate, the contradiction between employer and employee should be solved. Employers should offer all things that employees should get, and employees should do all work that they must do when they get salary. These may help the british employment to be perfect.
